Short hike on the Klaus Bahlsen Trail on the edge of the Bursfelde monastery complex.

If you feel like a short hike or would like to continue an extended tour through the Nieme Valley with a little addition, the Klaus Bahlsen Trail on the edge of the Bursfelde monastery complex is recommended. The Bahlsen Foundation has funded the project "Development and nature experience of a natural water dynamic for the Nieme estuary and the Rote Pump old arm of the Weser". The Nieme was returned to its original bed in the estuary area. A 1.4 km long circular path, which can be entered at the Bursfeld village oak, should be walked in a clockwise direction, because then you will find the explanatory panels at the appropriate places.
