Paradise for water sports enthusiasts

Water experiences galore

Whether it's a stroll along the historic Schlagden, a walk across the historic Werra Bridge, the river islands Tanzwerder and Doktorwerder or the interactive "water traces" in the city.

The Weserstein with its romantic river poem at the confluence of the Werra and Fulda rivers to form the Weser is one of Hann. Münden's most popular photo motifs. Both here and at the Weserliedanlage, the view of Hann. Münden's water landscape is unique.

As a three-river town, Hann. Münden is an ideal starting point for water tours by canoe, kayak and motorboat. To provide you with comprehensive and clear information about the water sports on offer, Hann. Münden has joined the "Yellow Wave". The "Gelbe Welle" is a Germany-wide information system for water tourism offers. In addition, Hann. Münden has a wide range of services for water sports.
