Our family-run business has been operating at the same location for three generations. Our offerings are characterized by traditional butchery craftsmanship, our own recipes, and a diverse selection of meat, sausage, and deli products.
You can find our products at our deli and butcher shop, in select specialty stores, and through our online shop.
Our assortment includes, among other things, classic meat and sausage products, our own deli items and convenience foods, as well as salads, antipasti, and various types of cheese. The selection is rounded out by canned goods, pasta, wines, and other select food items.
Many of our products are made according to our own recipes or traditional recipes. In doing so, we combine artisanal production methods with current food quality and hygiene standards.
When selecting our raw materials, we ensure traceable origins. According to our own information, we source meat directly from producers with whom we collaborate. Whenever possible, we also work with suppliers from the region.
A special feature of our product range is the Brothers Grimm Edition. It includes selected sausage, beer, wine, and gin specialties with ties to the Brothers Grimm.
In addition, the butcher shop offers a snack bar and lunch menu featuring a rotating selection of hot German dishes. The menu also includes grilled bratwurst.
