The Bikepark Münden in Hann. Münden Volkmarshausen has been welcoming all enthusiastic bikers since October 2022.
The project is aimed at everyone who shares a passion for mountain biking, regardless of age and level of experience in the sport. The park is open all year round, provided the trails are not closed due to extreme weather conditions or other events at the SV Schedetal Volkmarshausen sports grounds. It is important to note that riding in the dark is not permitted to ensure the safety of all bikers.
The area is completely fenced in to keep out wild boars and loose dogs. Access to the bike park is via the barrier to the SVS sports grounds, from where you can reach the climbing tower and enter the trail. The roller shutter gate of the fence is usually open, but please note that the area is actually closed when the barrier is closed. It is therefore important to always close the barrier and fence behind you to ensure the safety and integrity of the site.
