The seventh stage takes cyclists on the Weser Cycle Path from the Hanseatic city of Bremen via Elsfleth and Nordenham/Blexen to Bremerhaven. It has a length of just under 80 kilometers.

From Bremen's Weser promenade, you cycle past the Beck & Co brewery, along Neustadt harbour and over the Ochtum barrage into the ADFC CycleTravelRegion Wesermarsch, one of the largest contiguous grassland regions in Europe. Between Lemwerder and Berne, the traditional shipyards exert their influence. Cyclists on the Weser Cycle Path reach the seafaring town of Elsfleth via the Hunte bridge.

Further north in the port town of Brake, you can immerse yourself in the important maritime past. From Brake, the route continues along the high embankment to Rodenkirchen, where it is worth taking a look inside St. Matthew's Church. Once you arrive at the train station in Nordenham, we recommend a detour to the pedestrian zone before taking the ferry from the district of Blexen to the other side of the Weser.
