Voice of a People – Flamenco

Flamenco has been a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage since 15 years ago. Carla Povellato and Eleonora Zannini, both based in Treviso, present and teach the flamenco dance of the new tradition—along with its evolving forms—through their dance company “Sueño y Son.” They guide and accompany the audience through the beauty, fascination, poetry, and passion of this dance. If dance is the voice of a people, then that voice lives on in the hundred styles of flamenco.
