Stapelmahlzeit 2.0 - the Münden festival of tradition and culinary delights takes on a whole new look!
With live music from the band "farbtone", a dance floor, an entertainer and, of course, the exclusive three-course menu from the Ratsbrauhaus, we promise you an unforgettable evening in the cosy ambience of the historic town hall.
We cordially invite you to take part in this very special evening, which will commemorate the historical significance of the Stapelrecht. The Ratsbrauhaus team will provide a unique culinary experience and serve you a menu carefully created for the occasion:
Starter
Autumnal wild herb salad from the Volkmarshäuser vegetable garden, refined with parmesan croutons, seeds and home-baked bread
Main course (optional)
- Grilled breast of poulard with roasted Lippoldshausen pumpkin and creamy risotto
- Braised Hemeln ox ragout with tender mashed potatoes and fermented cabbage
- Pumpkin and porcini mushroom risotto for a vegetarian option
