7th Organ Summer 2026 - Christian Möller (Göttingen), organ

The seventh concert of the Münden Organ Summer 2026 will feature Christian Möller, a musician who has been closely associated with Hann. Münden for many years. The organist, pianist and composer lives and works in the city on three rivers and shapes the cultural life of the region as the director of the OX location in the historic Ochsenkopf.
Christian Möller studied organ, piano, composition and applied literature. His musical career has taken him to various music academies in Germany and abroad. In addition to his work as a concert organist, he is also active as a composer, arranger and cultural organizer. His musical work is characterized by the combination of classical tradition, improvisation and contemporary influences.

Möller is particularly appreciated for his creative and varied concert programs. He often combines well-known works of organ literature with his own compositions and improvisations. His aim is to make music accessible to a wide audience and to build bridges between different musical styles.

Christian Möller is already well known to the Orgelsommer audience. In recent years, he has performed several times in St. Blasius Church, delighting audiences with his virtuoso organ playing, musical imagination and personal program design. His final concert at the Organ Summer 2024 was very well received and combined classical organ music with his own arrangements and compositions.
