The Gimte local council, the local associations and the volunteer fire department invite you to the traditional Christmas market on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. on the church forecourt of St. Mary's Church.
You can look forward to various handicrafts, culinary delicacies and musical performances by the Gimte-Hedemünden brass band and the Tampenjungs. For the younger visitors, there will not only be a children's train, but also a lantern parade from 5:30 pm (meeting point: Gimte elementary school gym) followed by a surprise from Santa Claus.
