This special hike invites you to simply go offline - and become fully present.
No scrolling, no taking photos, no multitasking - just you, us as a group and nature.
Together we will walk around 6 kilometers at a relaxed pace.
Small mindfulness impulses await you along the way to help you slow down and notice what is really happening around you.
We will take a short break in nature. You are welcome to bring some provisions and a warming cup of tea or coffee.
