Holiday home, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 114m², up to 7 persons .
Listed renovation of a historic terraced house from 1764 in a former craftsmen's and day labourers' settlement, see Wikipedia "Blume Hann. Münden".
The rustic atmosphere in the midst of exposed half-timbering with knights' room, bower, gallery, alcoves. Cosiness in the half-timbered house on old floorboards by the modern pellet stove with campfire glow and infrared heat. The only 4.5 m narrow houses on an equally narrow plot proves to be a space miracle with approx. 114 m² over 3 living floors (+ cold roof and flood basement), a quiet inner courtyard and balcony belong to it, shaded by the house due to its northern location and never too warm. Expensive bicycles can be stored safely and dryly in the hallway or in the shed.
Attention: Steep stairs between 3 floors! (Unsuitable for small children and infirm).
The 3rd floor with two additional bedrooms/living rooms and a small bathroom/WC is opened as required (from 3 overnight guests).
Standard is without food, but: "Bed and Bread" on the arrangement: seasonal products from own production: rye sourdough bread, jam, cheese, yoghurt, muesli. The aim of this project was to make a 255-year-old monument usable for the next generation - with a limited budget - i.e. to preserve it in a meaningful way. In this way, a concrete example of sustainable building and the conscious and careful use of our resources was created, so that another 250 years can come. The house has been sustainably renovated and brought up to technical standards over>2 years in accordance with the preservation order: Gas condensing central heating, pellet stove, circulation hot water pipe, completely furnished.
If something is missing, I will take care of it. It is not a "museum", but appreciative habitation is expressly desired!
