After a joint start to our smartphone time-out, we will build a forest sofa from natural materials. Creating something simple with our hands helps us to arrive and clear our heads.
Afterwards, we use the sofa to linger: Time to take a deep breath, consciously perceive nature and calm down. Small impulses from nature resilience training are incorporated.
