Fasting: abstaining from solid food. Hiking: getting the circulation going and actively supporting the detoxification organs during fasting.
After an introductory evening session in which we discuss the process, we meet for five days of hiking. In nature, we exchange fasting experiences and discuss important fasting topics. After the last hike, we will discuss the breaking of the fast and the build-up days, which everyone will do at home, in a cozy atmosphere at the VHS.
