In cooperation with eBay Germany, we have set up a local online marketplace for the Göttingen region. On this marketplace, buyers can find offers from commercial retailers in the region - many of them with brick-and-mortar businesses.
Our collaboration with eBay gives those who have not yet dared to use digital sales channels the low-threshold opportunity to try out new processes, procedures and marketing options at low cost. For those retailers who are new to eBay, the free "eBay Starter" programme makes it easier to get started in online trading.
The regional online marketplace "Region Göttingen on eBay" is intended to strengthen retailers and traders. Over 750,000 listings from companies in the region can already be found on the platform.
Jointly with eBay, we invite all interested commercial providers from the region to an information event.
Procedure: Welcome, introduction of the Göttingen region to eBay, presentation of the "eBay Durchstarter" programme, best practice examples, informal exchange.
