222 years of the Dransfeld fire department - "Dancing through the centuries"
🎉 A proud anniversary, a colorful festival, a reason to celebrate!
We are celebrating 222 years of the Dransfeld fire department - with 143 years of active fire department, 65 years of youth fire department and 14 years of children's fire department. We are celebrating this proud anniversary with a varied festival program that offers something for all generations - come along and celebrate with us from 12 to 15 June 2025!
From 13:00 | Orientation march of the children's & youth fire brigade
Our big fire department adventure day for the next generation!
You can expect varied stations, team tasks, fun and lots of exercise in the fresh air. Not just for the fire department - all clubs, groups of friends, families etc. can take part.
The maximum group size is 9 people - consisting of children, young people and adults.
Also on the premises:
🚒 An exciting vehicle exhibition with a wide variety of blue light vehicles to touch
🎈 Bouncy castle for our youngest guests
🍰 Coffee, cake, waffles & soft drinks - also on the route!
📬 Please register in advance at: jugendfeuerwehr@ffw-dransfeld.de - spontaneous groups are also welcome!
🏆 Award ceremony from approx. 5:00 pm
Our festival program at a glance:
🔥 Thursday, June 12 | 7:00 p.m.
Ceremonial start with wreath-laying at the memorial at the Protestant church. Afterwards we march together to the fire station for the official opening.
🎧 Friday, June 13 | from 9:00 p.m.
Disco party in the Stadthalle - DJ Kai from the Kiste will get the place rocking!

Fun and games orientation march for children and youth fire departments around Dransfeld!
With blue light mile, bouncy castle, cake, waffles, drinks & more

Dance evening with the band "Party Land" - without an official commemoration, but with a great atmosphere!

Festive service in the fire station with Pastor Seebo & the Jühnde trombone choir
🍽️ From 10:30 a.m.: Morning pint & breakfast in the town hall
With free beer (while stocks last), hearty butcher's platter & live music from the Varlosen fire department band
Admission: €5 (without breakfast) | €13 (incl. meat platter)
